TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PointStack Fantasy Hub ("PointStack," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using PointStack, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

PointStack is a fantasy sports aggregation dashboard that connects to third-party fantasy platforms — including Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo Fantasy Sports, Fantrax, and CBS Sports Fantasy — using credentials you provide, and displays your league and matchup data in a unified interface.

PointStack is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, ESPN Fantasy, Yahoo, Yahoo Fantasy Sports, Fantrax, CBS Sports, or any of their parent or affiliated companies. All platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. UNOFFICIAL API USAGE

Some fantasy platforms PointStack connects to do not provide official public APIs. PointStack accesses these platforms using documented community methods (such as cookie-based authentication) on your behalf, using credentials you supply.

Because these integrations rely on unofficial or undocumented interfaces, they may break without notice if a platform changes its systems. PointStack makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to any particular platform. We will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality when breakages occur.

By connecting a platform, you represent that you are authorized to access that platform account and that doing so complies with the platform's own terms of service.

3. ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use PointStack. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pointstack.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share your account with others, or use PointStack for any commercial purpose other than managing your own fantasy leagues.

4. PAYMENT

PointStack offers a free trial period covering the first two weeks of the NFL season. After that, a one-time fee of $15 unlocks full access to the core season pass or $25 for the premium season pass for the remainder of the season.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms.
The one-time fee grants access through the end of the purchased season only. Each new season requires a new purchase.
All sales are final. We do offer refunds up to 14 days except where required by applicable law. If you have a billing issue, contact us at support@pointstack.app and we will work to resolve it.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of PointStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your data. By connecting a fantasy platform, you grant PointStack a limited license to access and display that data within the service on your behalf.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PointStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
Fantasy scores, player stats, or matchup data displayed will be accurate or up to date
Any particular platform integration will remain functional

Fantasy scoring data is fetched from third-party platforms and may contain errors or delays. Do not rely solely on PointStack for time-sensitive fantasy decisions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PointStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed fantasy league winnings, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PointStack shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use PointStack to:

Access or attempt to access another user's account
Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute data obtained through the service
Circumvent any security measures
Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Resell or sublicense access to PointStack

9. TERMINATION

You may stop using PointStack at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support@pointstack.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Paid users whose accounts are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post updated Terms here with a revised date. Continued use of PointStack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where PointStack operates.
